What we collect, and why

When you fill in a form. The readiness call, compatibility check, partner brief, demo booking and home waitlist forms ask for an email address and, depending on the form, your name, centre or company, phone number, how many sites you operate, where you install, and your answers to the compatibility questions. We use these to reply to you about the thing you asked for. Nothing else.

When you email us. We keep the email and our reply, like anyone does.

When you visit. We measure how the site is used with two tools. Umami counts page views and button clicks without cookies and without identifying you. PostHog records the same events plus, on some visits, a replay of how the page was scrolled and clicked, with typed text masked. Neither tool is told your name or email; we never link analytics to a form you filled in. We do not use advertising trackers.

Where it goes

Form submissions are emailed to our team and kept in a store on our hosting provider so an email outage cannot lose them. The providers that handle this data on our behalf are:

• Cloudflare (hosting, form handling, lead store)
• Resend or Postmark (delivering the email to us)
• Umami, self-hosted by us (page analytics)
• PostHog, EU region (behaviour analytics)

We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it with anyone else unless the law requires it.

How long we keep it

• Form submissions: 24 months from your last contact with us, then deleted, unless you have become a customer, in which case the customer agreement applies.
• Waitlist emails: until we launch the product you signed up for, or until you ask us to remove you, whichever is first.
• Analytics: aggregated indefinitely; PostHog replays for 30 days.

Your rights

Under Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act you can ask us what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or withdraw consent to our using it. Write to [email protected] and we will reply within 30 days. If you withdraw consent we will stop contacting you and delete what we hold, except where we need to keep a record to show that we did.

Cookies

Umami sets no cookies. PostHog sets one first-party cookie so it can tell two visits by the same browser apart; it contains a random identifier, not anything about you. The site sets nothing else.

Changes

If we change what we collect or who handles it, we update this page and the date at the top in the same change.
